1. Who We Are

Russell SPC LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida limited liability company based in Hobe Sound, Florida. This privacy policy covers our website at russellspc.com and the Prompt Sweeper Chrome extension.

2. Prompt Sweeper Chrome Extension

What Prompt Sweeper Does

Prompt Sweeper scans text for accidentally included AI prompts, preambles, placeholder text, and prompt injection patterns. It highlights detected issues so you can clean them up before publishing.

Data Collection — None

Prompt Sweeper does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data, usage data, or text content. All scanning happens entirely within your browser using local JavaScript. Nothing is sent to Russell SPC servers or any third-party service.

Permissions Explained

• activeTab: Allows the extension to read selected text on the current tab when you invoke it via the right-click menu or the popup. Only triggered by explicit user action.
• contextMenus: Adds the “Sweep for Prompts” right-click option on selected text.
• scripting: Injects the highlighting overlay onto the current tab when you run a sweep.

The extension does not request access to all websites, your browsing history, cookies, or any other browser data.

Optional Site Scanning Feature

When you use the “Scan Site” tab and enter a URL, the extension fetches the visible text of that page through a CORS proxy service (allorigins.win) because browsers block direct cross-origin fetches. The URL you enter is sent to that proxy to fetch the HTML. Russell SPC does not receive or log this URL. Refer to the allorigins.win service for their data handling.

No Analytics, No Tracking

Prompt Sweeper contains no analytics libraries, telemetry, user identifiers, fingerprinting, or advertising trackers.

What We Collect

If you fill out a contact form, we collect the name, email address, project type, and message you submit. This information is sent to us via email (through Cloudflare Email Routing) so we can respond to your inquiry.

Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses a small amount of browser localStorage to remember demo usage counts (for example, how many free reports you’ve run in a day). This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us.

Product Demos

Our interactive demos (RankRadar, AnswerWeave, SEOrcery) send the business details you enter to our Cloudflare Worker, which queries third-party APIs (Google Places, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI via OpenRouter, Google Gemini) to generate the report. We do not store this data after the request completes. The third-party API providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Some demos use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent bot abuse. Turnstile may collect anonymous signals about your browser session to verify you’re human. Refer to Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

4. How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide services you request
• To send service-related communications (such as invoices or project updates, if you become a client)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

The Russell SPC website and products rely on the following services:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, email routing, bot protection
• Google Fonts — web typography
• Google Places API — business lookup for Lead Radar and Rival Vectors
• Google Maps API — map display for Lead Radar
• Anthropic Claude, OpenAI (via OpenRouter), Google Gemini — AI analysis for demo tools
• allorigins.win — CORS proxy for the optional site scanning feature in Prompt Sweeper

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in email for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and fulfill any resulting business relationship. Demo inputs are not retained.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU GDPR or California CCPA), those rights apply to you.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on russellspc.com.
