FAQ

Questions we get
before every project.

Russell SPC LLC is a Florida company based in Hobe Sound that designs websites, builds white-label software and custom AI tools, and runs automated QA. This page covers what we build, how we work with agencies, how pricing works, how to improve your SEO and AEO, and how to start.

What does Russell SPC do?

Russell SPC LLC builds and consults on software. We design conversion-focused websites, build white-label software that agencies resell, build custom AI tools, and run automated QA and systems audits.

We also make our own products that agencies can rebrand. Most of our clients are digital agencies and operators who need a technical bench without hiring full-time.

Is Russell SPC a registered company?

Yes. Russell SPC LLC is a registered Florida limited liability company based in Hobe Sound, on the Treasure Coast.

You work directly with the team that builds the work, not a marketplace or a middleman.

Do you build websites?

Yes. Custom, conversion-focused websites for local businesses and agencies are a core Russell SPC service. We design and build the site, wire up the pieces that drive lead flow, and hand it over clean.

AI is woven in where it earns its place, not bolted on for show.

Do you design custom websites or use templates?

Both, and you choose. We keep a library of customer-ready template styles, one signature design per industry, that we tailor to your brand, copy, colors, and photography at build time. We also design fully custom sites from a blank page.

Either way the work is conversion-focused, mobile-first, and white-label ready, taken from first wireframe to live deployment. Browse the template styles to see the range.

Do you offer domain and hosting?

Yes. Russell SPC can handle the whole stack: register or connect your domain, set up hosting, and deploy your site so it goes live without you ever touching a server, and you still own everything. Already have a domain or a host you like? We deploy there just as easily.

For our AI-powered tools like SEOrcery, AnswerWeave, and Rival Vectors, we also host the tool and run the infrastructure on usage-based pricing, with no servers to manage, no API keys to juggle, and no surprise bills. Maintenance plans keep sites and tools updated after launch.

Do you build custom AI tools?

Yes. Russell SPC builds bespoke AI tools around your workflow rather than a generic template.

AI is designed in from day one instead of added later, so the tool does real work instead of demoing a feature.

What products do you offer?

Five, and all of them are white-label ready:

SEOrcery. Scores any business on seven SEO factors. Includes Lead Radar for bulk market prospecting that surfaces the weakest businesses in a market for outreach.

Rival Vectors. AI competitive intelligence and market analysis. Maps who you are up against and where the openings are.

AnswerWeave. Answer Engine Optimization. Shows what ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini say about a business and scores its AI visibility.

ProfitPath. Shopify profit intelligence. Calculates true landed cost and break-even units so merchants know their real margin.

Prompt Sweeper. A Chrome extension that catches AI prompt residue left in your copy before it ships.

What industries do you work with?

Primarily digital agencies and operators who resell our work under their own brand, plus local businesses that need a conversion-focused website.

Our products reach further: ProfitPath serves Shopify and e-commerce merchants, while SEOrcery and AnswerWeave work for any business that wants to understand its search or AI visibility.

How do I improve my SEO?

Start with the fundamentals search engines actually score: page speed and Core Web Vitals, a complete and accurate Google Business Profile, mobile usability, a clear title and heading structure, and local keyword alignment on your most important pages.

Then earn relevant links and keep publishing content that answers real customer questions. Russell SPC's SEOrcery scores any business across seven of these ranking factors and shows you the single weakest one to fix first.

How do I improve my AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) score?

Answer Engine Optimization is about getting AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini to cite and recommend you. They reward pages that are clear, well-structured, and quotable.

Publish direct answers to the exact questions customers ask, mark them up with FAQ and other schema.org structured data, keep your business facts consistent everywhere, and make sure your site is crawlable rather than hidden behind scripts or images.

Russell SPC's AnswerWeave audits what those engines say about a business today and scores its AI visibility across five dimensions, so you know exactly what to fix.

How do I get my business to show up in ChatGPT and AI search?

Show up where the models learn. Keep a consistent, factual presence across your website, Google Business Profile, and reputable directories and review sites, because AI engines assemble answers from sources they already trust.

Answer real questions in plain language on your own pages, add structured data so machines can parse you, and make sure nothing important is locked inside images or JavaScript. Then monitor what the engines actually say about you and correct the gaps.

This generative-search visibility is exactly what Russell SPC built AnswerWeave to measure and track over time.

What does “white-label ready” mean?

It means the product is built to carry your brand instead of ours. You put your name, logo, and colors on it and deliver it to your clients as your own, while we stay in the background.

All of our products are white-label ready.

Can I rebrand your products and resell them as my own?

Yes. That is the point of white-label ready. Your clients see your brand, not Russell SPC. We handle the build and the updates behind the scenes, and we do not contact or market to your clients.

Terms are set per arrangement, so email us with what you have in mind.

What is a QA or systems audit?

A structured review of a product, workflow, or codebase. We test it the way it will actually be used, document what breaks and what is fragile, and hand back a prioritized findings report you can act on.

It is useful before a launch, after inheriting a project, or when a team has been shipping fast without a quality checkpoint.

What consulting do you offer?

Four areas: strategy and advisory, AI transformation, technical architecture, and QA and systems audits. Engagements range from a single working session to an ongoing advisory role.

If you are not sure where AI fits, or whether to build at all, that is exactly the conversation to start with.

How does pricing work?

Work is scoped per project and priced clearly before anything begins. You get the scope and the number in writing, so there are no surprises.

We do not start billable work until you have approved both.

Where are you located and who do you serve?

Russell SPC LLC is based in Hobe Sound, Florida, serving Jupiter, Tequesta, and the wider Treasure Coast. Client work is remote, so location is not a constraint.

We work primarily with digital agencies and operators.

Do you work with clients outside Florida?

Yes. Russell SPC is based on Florida's Treasure Coast, but all client work is remote, so we work with agencies and operators anywhere.

The address on the map is where we are, not a limit on who we serve.

How do we get started?

Email [email protected] with a short description of what you are working on. We respond within 24 hours with a few questions and, if it is a fit, a scoped proposal with pricing.

There is no cost and no commitment to have the first conversation.

What is your turnaround?

It depends on scope, and we give you the timeline in the proposal before you commit. Small tools and audits move quickly; a full website or a larger build takes longer.

Whatever the size, you get a realistic date up front, not a moving target.

Still have a question?
