FAQ

Questions we get
before every project.

Pricing, scope, agency partnerships, QA audits, hosted tools, maintenance. If something is missing, email [email protected] and we will add it.

What does Russell SPC actually do?

We build custom AI-powered tools, run QA audits on production systems, design and implement automated test suites, and work as a subcontracted engineering partner for digital agencies.

We also produce our own products (SEOrcery, Rival Vectors, AnswerWeave, and Prompt Sweeper) that clients can license, white-label, or use through our hosted platform.

What does a custom AI tool cost?

Custom tool builds start at $500 and are scoped per project based on complexity. A typical lightweight, branded client-facing tool lands between $1,000 and $3,000.

You get branded UI, one round of revisions post-delivery, deployment to your hosting, and documentation for handoff. Pricing is always in writing before work begins.

Do you work with digital agencies under their brand?

Yes. Our Agency Partner Retainer is a white-label arrangement. We do the technical work, your agency delivers it to your clients under your name.

Retainers run $1,000 to $3,000 per month depending on hours and scope, and include priority scheduling plus a 20 percent discount on bundled tool builds. We do not contact or market to your clients directly.

What is Hosted AI Tool Access?

A pay-per-use or subscription plan for any Russell SPC-built tool that runs on paid AI or third-party APIs. We host the infrastructure, handle the API keys, and bill you based on usage.

Plans start at $19 per report on Per Use, $79 per month for 10 reports, $179 per month for 30 reports, or metered billing from $15 per report with volume discounts built in.

Can you help me figure out where AI fits in my business without building anything yet?

Yes. AI Automation Guidance is a consulting engagement where we map your current workflow, identify the highest-leverage places AI can save time or make money, and hand you a specific implementation roadmap.

$150 per hour, or a $500 flat rate for a 4-hour intensive that includes a written plan and a 30-day follow-up check-in. We also offer AI Coaching for teams who want to learn prompt engineering, tool selection, and workflow integration hands-on.

What is a QA Systems Audit and who needs one?

A structured review of a product, workflow, or codebase that ends with a prioritized findings report and a 30-minute debrief call. $750 to $2,500 depending on scope.

Founders preparing to launch, agencies inheriting a client project, and teams that have been shipping fast without a quality checkpoint get the most value from this.

What happens after you deliver a tool? Am I on my own?

You can be, or you can subscribe to a maintenance plan. Starter is $199 per month with 2 hours of maintenance work included. Pro is $399 per month with 4 hours, priority 48-hour response, and in-scope feature additions.

Unused hours do not roll over. Additional hours bill at $125 per hour.

What products does Russell SPC make?

Four products, all live or in active development:

SEOrcery. Scores local businesses on 7 SEO factors. Includes Lead Radar, a market-wide prospecting scanner that surfaces warm leads by weakness.

Rival Vectors. Competitive intelligence reports using real Google Places data. Discovers competitors, scores channels, builds a climb strategy.

AnswerWeave. Answer Engine Optimization audits. Queries ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to see what they actually say about a business and how to fix it.

Prompt Sweeper. Free Chrome extension that catches AI prompt residue before publishing. Desktop version, The Slop Hog, is in development.

How do I get started?

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. No cost, no commitment.

Email [email protected] with a brief description of what you are working on. We respond within 24 hours with a few clarifying questions and, if it is a fit, a scoped proposal with pricing before any work begins.

Where is Russell SPC located and who do you work with?

We are a Florida LLC based in Hobe Sound, on the Treasure Coast. Client work is fully remote, so location is not a constraint.

We work with small businesses, agencies, and growth-stage teams throughout the United States, and internationally when schedules line up.
